(Please note, when completing your reservation, you have to select 1 lodge - this is a quirk of the software which is designed for hotels and guest houses with multiple rooms. A deposit of 20% of rental price is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. Full payment is required if booking less than 4 weeks before your holiday. Please note, in the event that you subsequently cancel your holiday and are eligible for a refund we will retain 1.4% to cover administration costs.

Please note, during peak periods we endeavour to operate bookings from Saturday to Saturday only. If you have alternative requirements, please contact us and we will try to meet your needs. Bookings are for a minimum 3 nights (7 nights during peak periods). We are not able to accept bookings less than 7 days before your arrival.

Q. When do I have to pay for my holiday?

Q. How do I access your lodge?
A welcome pack including directions, site plan etc. will be emailed to you on receipt of your balance payment. On arrival at the Park Life Resorts site, you can collect your keys from the site reception.
Q. Is the lodge suitable for wheelchair access?
Unfortunately not. There are steps (about 14) from the allocated parking space to the lodge.
Q. Can I pay by credit card?
We are able to take credit card payments. If you use the 'check availability' button on the booking page, then you can instantly book your holiday and pay your deposit using credit or debit cards. If you prefer not to enter your card details, please contact us using the details at the bottom of the page and we can accept card details by phone, or we can supply our bank details so you can make a BACS payment.
